What is permanent jewelry?

It is a custom fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace that is welded on through a quick, easy, and non-invasive, painless process. Since it is welded on, it will not have a clasp and will “permanently” stay on (until you decide to remove it).

Why get permanent jewelry?

It's more than just a piece of jewelry – it's about the memories made while receiving it. Whether you're at your best friend's bachelorette party, celebrating a significant birthday, or sharing a special mother-daughter/bestie outing, these are the cherished moments that will come to mind every time you glance at your new jewelry piece.

What is the process like?

It all begins with the selection of either a sterling silver or 14k gold-filled chain from a wide range of stylish options. Next, you can browse through a curated collection of carefully chosen charms and connectors to elevate your look.

Once you've made your choices for the chain and accompanying accessories, we customize the chain to our recommended size, attach a temporary clasp for you to evaluate the fit, make adjustments until you are comfortable, and then permanently join the chain using our state-of-the-art equipment and tools to ensure its durability.

And just like that, you acquire a timeless piece of effortless, clasp-free jewelry!

What are the chains made of?

We currently offer sterling silver, 14k gold-filled and solid 14k gold chains that can all be made into bracelets, anklets and necklaces. We take great pride in the fact that all of our chains are made of quality materials that resist tarnish and maintain their flawless appearance over time. These chains are made for everyday wear and are safe for showers, gyms, pools, and oceans. (Please note: hot tubs can temporarily change metal color due to their high chemical content, however, your jewelry can easily be cleaned.)

What if I need to take it off?

If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason, we recommend you cut it off at the jump ring with scissors or fingernail clippers. If and when you’d like your piece reattached, we will gladly re-weld it at no cost to you.

What if my permanent jewelry breaks?

While your permanent jewelry piece is durable, it is like any other piece of jewelry, and is NOT indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly influenced by care and lifestyle. If caught or snagged, the chain will stretch or break. No refunds, discounts, or exchanges will be given for stretched or broken chains. However, your weld is guaranteed for a lifetime and we offer complimentary re-welds if needed.

Will my permanent jewelry go off in a metal detector?

Metal detectors no longer detect jewelry metals. Permanent jewelry is also TSA approved and does not need to be removed.
